By accessing, browsing, or contracting with American Security and Asset Protection Group (‘ASAP Group’), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all usage of our industrial security resources, logs, and fracklogistics platforms.

Our licensed Private Investigative Agency provides gas and oil network protection, automated asset tracking, and fracklogistics monitoring. Services must only be utilized for lawful operational defensive purposes. Unauthorized access to confidential telemetry feeds, personnel databases, or site tracking metrics constitutes a breach of federal parameters.

Clients and field operators are responsible for providing precise facility boundaries, chemical storage registers, and geological data necessary for engineering unbreachable perimeters. Any intentional misrepresentation of hazardous materials or infrastructure risk parameters voids standard protective indemnification clauses.

All industrial hardware profiles, fracklogistics mapping systems, proprietary threat detection algorithms, and AI-driven automation workflows deployed on client sites are the exclusive intellectual property of ASAP Group. No license is granted to reverse-engineer tactical software modules.

While ASAP Group engineers advanced physical and digital barriers, we are not liable for critical infrastructure damage caused by catastrophic environmental failures, active military aggression, or client-side compliance neglect. Liability is strictly capped at the tactical contract fee paid during the preceding quarter.

Clients agree to defend and hold harmless ASAP Group, its field marshals, investigators, and tech operators from any claims arising out of catastrophic onsite logistics failures, geological disputes, or environmental regulatory non-compliance of the protective site.

These Terms & Conditions are governed under the state laws of Pennsylvania and New York. Any tactical dispute, non-disclosure breach, or investigative service disagreement shall be resolved exclusively in the federal courts of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
